Refund and Return Policy

 


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Some types of Jewelry are exempt from being returned, refunded or exchanged. Permanent Jewelry could not be returned, refunded or exchanged.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior confirmation from us.

 

Exchanges and Returns

 

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

 

To start a return, you need to contact us at Support@purlynude.com.

 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Certain types of items cannot be returned such as permanent jewelry and earrings. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at Support@purlynude.com.

If it is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

 

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded or exchanged. Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

 

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

 

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should email us and return the product to the address given when we confirm the return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
